the incestpatch I have it in the game folder but there still called roommate what did i do wrong ?

did you put the patch in folder that says games or did you put it in the game file, or both. If both delete the one in the game file.

trying to download it. mega says it is corrupted or doesn't exist. the gofile.io says there was an error and to try later. and the v3.void .cat gives me a text page when I click download.

If you are using mega (at least), it's not a compressed file - it's just "patch.renpy" and after downloading you copy it to the ...\game folder for PL. Ensure you are using the option to download it, not attempting to open or view it, when clicking on it in mega.

For void.cat you can just right click on that "text file" page and click "save as" then enter patch.renpy as the file name.
