The first few ones that used the version 2 engine died from heating up faster than they thought, so they improved their heat regulation and tolerance each time they added more to the robo parts of 'em, and it's part of why she's so heavy (more water). The engine itself can take in a lot of heat by the mechanical muscle sucking it up and circulating it, and the engine can get hot enough to char clothing that's touching it. She sweats normally and that helps, but breathing cooler air helps a lot too, and she'll pant if she's too hot, with her exhaled breaths being a lot hotter than the air that goes in. Also her circulatory system is pretty different and is a little better at moving heat from the middle of her to the outside of her where it can escape, and that helps keep her core temp down. So the engine relies a lot on her body and radiating heat to stay at a safe temp.
Other than that her cells can tolerate higher temps than humans, about twice as much for outer heat, and her safe core temp is about 50% higher.
And her normal temp if you were to take it while she was resting is 101-103°F (38-39°C)
